As we’re an online art studio, we only paint beautiful dog portraits from photographs that you either post or email into us. As a dog owner you no doubt will understand that getting your dog to pose exactly as you want them to for hours at a time would be nearly impossible.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT A DOG PORTRAIT?
You should allow between 3 – 5 weeks from commissioning your portrait to receiving it. Your artist will usually have completed your dog’s oil portrait within 3 weeks but since oil paints need time to dry, we then allow a further 2 weeks for your dog’s painting to have dried sufficiently before we can safely deliver it.

CAN I REQUEST CHANGES TO BE MADE TO MY DOG PORTRAIT?
Yes. Once your dog portrait has been completed, we will email you a high resolution photograph of the completed portrait for your approval. Obviously, we want you to be thrilled with your dog portrait so if you wish your artist to make any slight alterations he or she will be happy to do so. However, please remember that once you have approved your portrait, no more changes can be made.
